Our live cooking stations bring the kitchen into the party—fire, sizzle, and all. We build each station around your space and guest count.

  • Wood-Fired Sourdough Pizzas, Made to Order

    Guests watch as naturally leavened sourdough pies hit the live fire and come out blistered and bubbling. Build a menu with options like:

    • Supreme Veggie – Italian sausage, provolone, peppers, onion, olive

    • Margherita – Tomato, basil, mozzarella

    • Hot Wing & Cheddar – Shredded chicken wings, buffalo sauce, aged cheddar

  • Everything from intimate dinner parties and backyard celebrations to cocktail parties, corporate events, weddings, and brunches. If food is involved, we can support it.

  • Yes. We can accommodate vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy considerations. We’ll review all dietary needs while designing your menu.

  • We offer chef-only, chef + server, or chef + full-service staffing depending on your event size and service style. We’ll help you choose the right setup for your space and guest count.

  • Yes — and they’re one of our specialties. Our most popular live stations include:

  • Most items are priced per person and vary based on menu selections, staffing needs, and your guest count. Once you share your event details, we’ll build a custom proposal.

  • We can provide tables, plates, serving ware, and barware upon request. If your event requires additional rentals, we can coordinate with trusted partners.

  • Yes. Our team handles all setup, cooking, service, and kitchen cleanup. You get to enjoy your event without worrying about anything behind the scenes.

  • Tastings may be available for larger events or weddings. Inquire for availability and scheduling.

  • Yes. Live fire setups work beautifully outdoors, while plated dinners and buffets work well indoors. We’ll plan the best menu for your space and safety requirements.

  • We can collaborate with your bar vendor or bring in a partner upon request. At minimum, we ensure menus pair well with your drink selection.

  • For peak seasons (summer, holidays), booking 2–3 months ahead is recommended. Smaller dinners and weekday events may have more flexibility.

  • A typical proposal includes:

    • Custom menu

    • Staffing recommendations

    • Rental needs (if applicable)

    • Estimated pricing breakdown

    • Service timeline

  • No problem. Most clients start with the “feel” of their event, and we build the menu from there. You don’t need to make any decisions before reaching out.
